What we can offer you...

What’s a Saxophone Quartet?
It’s four saxes of different sizes, playing together. Like a string quartet but more flexible in the styles of music we can offer.

Why would I want one for my event?
We’re supremely flexible, sound great, and it’s something a bit different. We can play super-quietly or loud enough to be heard outside with a load of guests, all without the need for a PA system. And we can cover all kinds of music from classical to jazz and pop.

So what kind of music do you play?
As you might expect from saxes, we can sound pretty jazzy, evoking both the classic sounds of Glen Miller or Scott Joplin up to modern popular music. But we also love to play the best classical tunes in both arrangements and saxophone quartet originals. We have a large library of popular favourites for special events including weddings favourites. And we can also do great arrangements of chart songs from the likes of Ed Sheeran and Adele.

Can you play for our wedding?
Four Winds Saxophone Quartet is the ideal ensemble to resonate with your special day. We take up very little space for your ceremony in church or other special venue. We will also provide music for your reception. We have a large selection of beautiful music, perfect for your special day and are happy to discuss any requests you may have.

What do you charge to play for our event?
It’s very dependent on what you’re looking for, and where your event is. Other factors would include how long you want us to be there for, and if there are specific songs you need us to play. As a guide, prices start at around £600.

Minimising our Carbon Footprint
As an environmentally conscious, acoustic ensemble, we aim to minimise our carbon footprint wherever possible, including car sharing to events.
